Find your rhythm.
RYTAVO helps you do things regularly, see how you progress and work on what matters to you. Habits, measurements, challenges and rhythms in one place – on your phone and your computer.
For now, new accounts are created by invitation only.
What is RYTAVO
One place for everything you want to do regularly.
Start with a single habit and add more whenever you need it. Nothing is shared automatically.
Habit
What you want to do regularly.
Set up each habit the way it suits you. Tick it off on the Today screen with a single tap and see how it’s going in your history.
- Four types: done / not done, a count (like glasses of water), one value per day, or several timed entries per day.
- Your frequency: daily, on chosen days, a few times a week or month, or every few days.
- Your own icon and colour, an optional daily target and notes.
- Day-by-day history, streaks and success rates for the last 7 and 30 days.
Measurement
What you want to track over time.
Values that change over time – with no ticking off, streaks or scores. Measurements are for you only.
- A number or a duration, with your own unit and decimal places.
- One entry per day and a trend chart from 7 days to all time.
- Measurements are private and never shown to anyone else.
- Attach one to a challenge to follow your progress – it doesn’t count towards the challenge result.
Challenge
What you want to achieve.
A challenge has a clear start and end. Pick your habits, choose the length and see where you are, day by day.
- 7, 21, 30 or 75 days, or a length of your own.
- Time, success rate and a day-by-day rhythm grid at a glance.
- A habit can be part of several challenges and is still one habit.
- Save a challenge as a draft and start it later.
Rhythm
How you want to live in the long run.
A rhythm is long-term and has no end. It brings together the habits you want to keep and can include challenges that give it a boost for a few weeks.
- You keep ticking off the habits of a rhythm on the Today screen as usual.
- Success rate, fully completed days and a streak of complete days.
- Follow a rhythm or a challenge together – you see each other’s progress, with no rankings or leaderboards.
Sharing
And you don’t have to do it alone.
How it works
